About The Space:

An upscale space to have events, birthday parties, dinners, baby showers, etc. You can rent the space from 2 hours or more depending on your event needs. The space holds up to 152 people. The space also has a small kitchnette area to prep food. Ask us for more details.

-No smoking in the building

-Outside catering is allowed

-Outside DJ is allowed

-Outside decorators is allowed

-Alcohol is allowed (Bartender must have license)

-You must be approved to have access to our space.

-Our minimum for event space rental is 2 hours.

-Under no circumstances any equipment found in or around the space leave premises.

-You are responsible for the care and safe return of the space.

-You will be charged for the repair or replacement of any and all items lost, damaged or stolen.
